Bringing Local Businesses Together to Make a Difference
At Weather Wise Solutions, we believe that strong businesses create stronger communities. Our Charity Golf Day was created to bring together local businesses, suppliers, customers and industry professionals for a day of golf, networking and fundraising, all while supporting the incredible work of Band of Builders
Held at Wolstanton Golf Club and organised in partnership with Keele Golf Centre, the event welcomed over 80 golfers and representatives from more than 40 businesses, making it one of the region's largest charity golf networking events.
Proudly presented by Checkatrade, with the BBQ kindly sponsored by Hamptons Demolition, the day featured on-course competitions, business networking, fundraising activities and a charity raffle, all in aid of Band of Builders.
One of the highlights of the day was the hugely popular Party Hole, presented by Jonty Sargeant, which created a fantastic atmosphere and kept the energy high throughout the competition. Alongside this, golfers enjoyed Closest to the Pin competitions, Longest Drive challenges and the ever-popular Beat the Pro contest competing agains PGA professional Neil Wain.

A Friends & Family Vision That Became a Community Success
What started as an idea between Friends & Family Neil Hudson, Aaron and Jake Worrall became one of Weather Wise Solutions' proudest community achievements.
Pictured alongside Aaron's son, Bobby, this photograph captures far more than a day on the putting green. It represents two generations brought together by family values, community spirit and a shared commitment to making a difference.
As a family-run business, supporting our local community has always been at the heart of what we do. The Charity Golf Day was created not only to raise vital funds for Band of Builders, but also to unite local businesses, customers and friends behind a cause that changes lives within the construction industry.
Seeing months of planning come together was a proud moment for everyone involved, and one that reflects exactly what Weather Wise Solutions stands for: people first, working together and giving something back to the communities that have supported our journey.

Charity Golf Day Raises Over £3,000 for Band of Builders
Our Charity Golf Day at Wolstanton Golf Club was a fantastic success, bringing together over 80 golfers and representatives from more than 40 local businesses for a day of golf, networking and fundraising.
Proudly presented by Checkatrade and held in support of Band of Builders, the event exceeded all expectations, raising more than £3,000 to help the charity continue its incredible work supporting members of the UK construction industry and their families during times of hardship.
The day featured a shotgun start, on-course competitions including Beat the Pro, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive, alongside a charity raffle, all generously supported by local businesses and suppliers.
Following the golf, guests enjoyed a BBQ kindly provided by Hamptons Demolition, before coming together for the prize presentation and fundraising announcements.
